【Q1】I don’t know what to do after the payment.
【A1】After completing the payment, you need to apply to the group by yourself. Please tap this URL and apply with the address you used for payment.
【Q2】Unable to send participation request.
【A2】Please make sure you are logged in to Facebook to send us your participation request.
【Q3】I want to confirm that the payment has been completed.
【A3】You can check the status of your payment on PayPal’s My Page. Also, if you have any questions about PayPal, please contact us.
【Q4】After payment, I made a participation request, but it was not approved.
【A4】Please allow approximately 7 days for approval from payment and registration. If you are not approved after this period, it is possible that your participation request was not sent. If this is the case, please submit your participation request again.
【Q5】I want to cancel my membership.
【A5】If you would like to cancel your membership, please contact us using the contact form. Please note that simply unsubscribing from the Facebook group will not stop the card debit, so if you wish to unsubscribe, please contact us using the contact form without unsubscribing from the Facebook group yourself.
